Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space completely and utterly dedicated to you. Outside of the therapeutic space, there are often a number of things that we lack control or autonomy over. Therapy is the one space where you have complete control over what topics are discussed and how you discuss them. While the therapist may be the one with the degree and license, you are the expert on your life. Our therapists are here to guide you in whatever goals you would like to accomplish and improvements you would like to see. Individual therapy is a way to gain support as you navigate anxiety, depression, identity formation, life transitions, and so much more.

What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy involves processing experiences both new and old in order to gain new perspective. Individual therapy takes a growth-oriented approach where you can design your present and future rather than living in the past. Your therapist will be focused on the relationship between the two of you above all else. As a company we have therapists that utilize every therapeutic modality out there including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and so much more. Your therapist will find the combination of approaches that fits best for you.
