We are so excited you are interested in receiving services. Seeking support is the first step in any healing journey and we are honored you have chosen us to join you in that healing!

The first step is to fill out the interest form below best suited to the services you are looking for. This allows us to find a therapist that fits your needs!

What happens next?

Scheduling

A member of our care team will review your request and verify your insurance (if any). They will then call you to match you with a therapist, taking into account your insurance, availability, and location preference. If we do not have someone available that meets those preferences, you will be placed on a waitlist.

Patient Portal

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email to create a patient portal. In that portal will be documents and screeners for you to complete. Filling out your forms is a crucial step to starting therapy and these forms must be completed prior to your first appointment.

First Session

At your first session with your therapist, your therapist will review logistical components of therapy and gather more information about your experiences. The first session feels far more administrative but is crucial to build the foundation that your therapy journey will stand on.
