Maybe there is only a little distance between the two of you, or maybe it feels like an ocean; either way we are here to help you find each other through it all.Our couples therapy sessions are based off of research while providing space for collaboration. We structure sessions to allow space for processing thoughts and feelings, while providing skills you can use in your everyday conversations and communication. By using research based techniques we are able to provide guidance with space to discuss what works best for you and your partner.
What is Couples Therapy?
Couples therapy is a space where you and your partner can work together in a space that is open and dedicated to working on your relationship. It is a space that allows an unbiased third person to help you both see each other through all the chaos of life. Your therapist will be focused on the relationship between the two of you above all else. As a company we use multiple family therapy techniques to help you in navigating your relationship, but primary use the The Gottman Method.

What to Expect
Once you have complete our interest form, you can expect to be contacted by our amazing intake team. They will work with you in gathering the required documents for treatment. Once you have been set up with one of our fantastic couples therapists, you will get the information needed to gain access your online portal. Your online portal will have questioners, health forms, consent forms, and insurance forms all in one convenient place for you to complete. For your couples therapy sessions, they will be 50-minutes and you can choose to attend them virtually or in-person. For virtual sessions you will use the same portal that you used to complete all of your documentation. For in-person sessions we have multiple California locations including: Lancaster, Santa Clarita, and Tehachapi offices.Once you have decided on a time and have been set up with a therapist you will complete an intake assessment and create multiple goals with your partner. Our therapists maintain a confidential and respectful environment, and couples are asked to commit to regular attendance and to uphold values of safety, honesty, and empathy.
