Francis Mbella Manga

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Francis Mbella Manga is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of California. He has been in the healthcare field for over 18yrs and enjoys what he does.
His current practice focuses on patients 12 and older, who are experiencing a variety of mental health illnesses which includes, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder/trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia.
Every mental health patient and their family are different in their unique ways. Francis's goal is to create a special individualized treatment plan to help every one of his patients achieve the best possible outcome.
As a patient, you can rest assured that you will get Francis's undivided attention; you will be cared for with a professional attitude. You will be given adequate time to talk about your symptoms without any rush. You will enjoy a non-judgmental environment and encounter during each visit. While he must trust that you will honestly share with him your symptoms to enable him to create the best possible treatment plan, Francis expects you to also trust his skill and judgment to take care of you.
Off duty, Francis enjoys fishing and training my kids how to play tennis.

Era Hawk

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Era Hawk is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) which is an advanced practice registered nurse who specializes in mental health care, she is trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, panic disorder, dementia, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and PTSD. As A PMHNP, she also work with individuals, families, groups and communities, applying evidence-based interventions to foster positive outcomes and recovery. One of her main focuses is to perform comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide psychotherapy as well as the abilities to develop a therapeutic patient relations interaction. The benefit of working at UCLA in the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital is an added benefit in her abilities to provide exceptional evidence based practice that is research based.

Chinenye Otaro

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Chinenye Otaro is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in helping people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar depression, and ADHD. She has been a nurse in inpatient psychiatric settings for over nine years, and has an MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from California State University, Los Angeles. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. As she has moved into outpatient practice, her experience in inpatient settings has given her a strong foundation for conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, managing medication, and teaching patients about their conditions. She has learned how to make accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans that meet each of her patients' unique needs.
Chinenye is a big believer in mental wellness and endeavors to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices. She is committed to learning and improving so her patients receive the best treatment possible. That’s what really matters to her.
Chinenye's experience as a Registered Nurse in challenging psychiatric environments has honed her skills in crisis intervention, mental status examinations, and building strong therapeutic relationships. She can communicate clearly and with cultural sensitivity, and greatly respects Christian values. These things help her create a supportive and trusting relationship with her patients.

Christelle Narvasa is a PMHNP here at Healing Solutions Family Therapy Center. She is passionate about mental health and advocating for positive awareness and knowledge of mental health! She has been a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for the past 5 years and enjoys her career in this field and looks forward to being your psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Her hobbies include traveling, making and playing music at open mics or karaoke, going out with friends, cooking, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with family and her 5-year-old Malshipoo, Mochi. Christelle extends warmth and bountiful blessings your way and hopes each day brings purpose in your life.

"At my local open mic performing songs. Or, if I’m staying in then watching travel and food documentaries."
What has been your favorite trip you’ve taken?
"My favorite trip I’ve taken is a solo trip to Costa Rica. The nature and atmosphere is beautiful and unique and people there are so friendly and welcoming. That trip marked the beginning of my healing era."
