Parenting a Neurodiverse Child: You’re Not Alone, and You Don’t Have to Do It Perfectly
When your child is neurodivergent—whether they’ve been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, or other cognitive or developmental differences—parenting can look very different than what you expected. And through it all, you deeply love your child. You see their brilliance, their sensitivity, their potential. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t hard sometimes. And it’s okay to say that. You’re not a bad parent for feeling overwhelmed.
